Dear Harold,
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! We wish we could be there to help you celebrate, even more we wish you could be here. Thanks for leading the way and showing us how rich and meaningful life can be. We think of you often and with such fondness. We are in Banderas Bay, outside of Puerto Vallarta. We will be toasting you on the 21st. Love,
Lexi & Gil
Dear Mr. Krusche,
ReplyDeleteWhat and honour and delight it is for all of us to be wishing you a Happy 100th Birthday!
I have such fond memories of roaming around your house in Edmonton on the South side with Anna and Jak, eating my first taste of moose burgers that you cooked us after hunting. Delicious. And deer meat. Was there also a picnic with a bear cooked underground for a few days? And of course Anna's wedding bear claws...
I remember the farm, full of projects, and marveling that your car lasted for years and years due to your impeccable care, repairing it and cleaning it inside and out yourself.
You truly are a Renaissance nature man! or perhaps Resilience Man is more accurate!
Rest assured, seeing this fantastic website tribute, your great independent spirit has been handed on to your children and will live long in your family and friends. Thankyou for your gift of joy and laughter.
A hundred toasts to you!
